Christmas Gifts probably won’t make Christmas

I kept seeing lovely Instagram adverts of Hey Casey! And their products just looked so amazing. Finally I decided to purchase some items that I thought would make great Christmas gifts for my family. I ordered on the 30th of November 2020.

A week later when I was in fact expecting delivery, I received an email with a very generic “due to high volumes - delay in production” type message. “No problem” I thought, I’m sure another week and they would have caught up.

It’s now the 20th of December with less that 4 days to go before I see my family and exchange gifts - I have not yet received delivery nor confirmation that it is even en route. I also ordered from Sox & Jox which at the time I did not realize was some how affiliated with Hey Casey! Ordered was placed the same day and that hasn’t arrived either.

I just feel if you are unable to cope with the demand, particularly when most people who ordered will be gifting it to people on a set deadline, then close your orders! I have no use for any of the items if they do not arrive by the last way morning of 24th!
