A pity
Beautiful, well made products. But I ordered as part of their Black Friday sale to receive a free gift, and was told when I enquired why I did not receive the free gift, that me buying over the limit (clearly specified on their website as being the limit to qualify for a free gift) was not enough to qualify for the free gift. And that it was first come first served, which I find very strange, as I made sure to order early to qualify. The person I dealt with over WhatsApp was most condescending in her “apology”. Despite the lovely products, I doubt I’ll buy from them again or recommend them to others. The laptop skin I ordered is also too large, even though I meticulously measured the size of my laptop. A great pity.
