Appalling service – Hexocare ignores 30-minute cancellation and ships anyway!

I placed an order on the Hexocare website and decided to cancel it a mere 30 minutes later. I submitted the cancellation request both via email and through the contact form on their website. Instead of processing my request—which falls well within their advertised 24-hour cancellation policy—they completely ignored me for hours. Last night, I received a shipping notification, and today customer support flatly refused to cancel the order because "it has already been shipped."This is highly ********* business practice. They are weaponising their own customer service delays to force a sale on a customer who followed all the rules. I will be refusing the parcel at the door. Hexocare, I want my full refund processed immediately! Potential buyers, beware of ordering from this site.
