6 weeks later and I STILL haven't received my parcel or received ANY help!!!

I bought a Hex Collection map with the intention of giving it to my friend for his birthday. They promised it would be delivered within 2 weeks. 6 weeks have past and I am still empty handed. I have emailed them on a regular basis with weak responses...

I am done trying to be fair and patient. I'm not sure if this company is legit, but my experience has been utterly poor. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to this company.

Really disappointed!!!
