Worst printer and service in the market

<p>I recently purchased an HP Officejet Pro 6830 from Game stores. I plugged it in and used it twice. Since then it stopped working and keeps telling me that i have an issue with my printhead. I have tried everything possible to get this stuid machine to print just one more time to no avail. So i call HP Suth Africa who were as useful as a fork when you needing a s**** to eat soup. All their agent did was ask me to call their repair center. I call their repair center and was kindly advised that I must travel all the way to JHB to get my printer repaired. Again, this is a printer thats only printed twice and is brand new. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never buy an HP product again in South Africa. Worst printers out there. </p>
