Weak Customer Response

Original Log # ***, was never resolved. Technician was here and replaced MB. At the time the technician said he would need to order a power switch to replace on the laptop as well. I have now waited for about a month now with no resolve to my call. They even closed the call without doing a follow up to its status. A new log # ***, was created. I was phoned later to be told that they need to put me through to another department that would assist me. I was left hanging on the phone. From a business perspective they really aren't doing a good job.
