Very unhappy with HP ink

I need to complain about print cartridges that are not up to standard, but have been struggling for 2 hours to find a place to complain. The HP website is really not user friendly at all.

We bought a few cartridges, the small cartridges last for about 50 prints and the big cartridges last for about 120 prints. I am very sure that is not how it is supposed to work.

Please let me know where I can bring the cartridges if an inspection is needed.
