VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH HP Officejet 7510

I have always been very pro HP. I have an HP laptop and used to have an HP laser printer. Last year I bought an A3 HP Officejet 7510 and I was asked if I wanted to take out an extended warrantee. I said no, as I had never had problems with HP before. 2 weeks after the 1 year warrantee expired, the printer stopped printing and an error came up saying there was a problem with the print heads. Well now the fun began - have you ever tried to contact HP by telephone - well its impossible ! So I resorted to emailing and I get case number confirming my request for service with my details, but no way of me contacting HP and no one of HP contacting me to resolve the issue. I only used genuine HP inks in the printer. I changed the inks twice. I have a brand new set of inks in the printer that won't work. I am lucky if I got about a 1000 copies max from a printer that lasted 1 year and 2 weeks. I would not recommend this printer at all.
