My Office Jet printer model 6960 after 3 years of minimal home use gets a message "problem with print head". Long story short, there is absolutely no technical service or backup, nobody to tell me if this model can have it's print head replaced and what it will cost. You either land up with agents who want to sell you new products or an overseas helpline that cuts out or they hang up on you.

What a ******* company, after years of supporting their printers and ********ly over priced cartridges. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY HP.
