To Big To Care

<p>When there is a recognised fault with a product, as far as I am concerned, you just replace it. Not HP, they say replace it, but at your cost. I have a Officejet 6700 printer, got an error message which said printer head missing. The service centre I called said there is no repair, just thorugh it away and buy a new one, really at whose cost. Since when do printers have an exipry or sell by date. Sure products are not made to last forever, when there is a well known factory fault, dont hide behind warranties and the like, just replace the product. Now for a couple of thousand Rand, they have lost me as an HP customer and all those I tell hoepfully too. No I wont scare anyone by not buying HP, they too big to care, I could though have spent several thousand more in my lifetime, now I wont. I was your your customer, very poor service indeed. </p>
