Terrible customer service from HP

I had a problem with my company laptop and it’s still under warranty.I logged a call with HP to assist but its been more than a month now with out getting any help.when i do a follow up they always tell me they are verifying for the past 4 weeks and now i can’t do my work.This is very dissapointing service from a big company like HP.My reff number is ***
