Spectre x360 motherboard issue

I have a laptop that other have had issues with globally, and not everyone's laptop was repaired, I have gone on their support page and I still have not received any response.

I must say, I am really dissatisfied with them and I am honestly going to also stop recommending them to my customers, we setup printing infrastructures and suggest hardware to use, clearly I will be pushing Konica Minolta moving forward.
