SLOW SLOW SLOW HP Core I7 LAPTOP

Bought a BRAND NEW HP Core I7 laptop from game in January. Since i bought it I hardly used it because the thing is so slow! Takes AGES to start and its so ****** frustrating. Im just using my companies ACER laptop instead because its nice and fast. Im really really disappointed in HP. My previous old laptop was a HP and was absolutely amazing for YEARS. This ****'s model number is: HP PC 15-dw3000. Its running windows 11 and I paid R13000 for it in Jan 2022. Is there something you can do for me? Dont mind paying more but getting something better. I cant use this thing. Its useless.
