Sent printer in for repair, parts from another company swopped out! No new parts!

<p>HP *****! My 8610 went in for services, got another companies motherboard back. Fax sent from my printer now think they are from an estate agency. HP in South Africa... not worth it. BUY SAMSUNG OR CANON</p>
