Refusing to honor warranty

Refusing to honor warranty on a 3 month new laptop. The Watercrest branch are refusing to honor the warranty on my HP Envy laptop, they sent it off to HP (Ensure IT) , and it appears that both companies are very smart in finding any possible way to voide a warranty on a very expensive machine. The excuses for voiding the warranty have changed 3 times since THEY sent it in to HP (Ensure IT) for repair. I have been buying laptops from Incredible Connection for years and years, and I WILL NEVER EVER BUY AGAIN if they cannot honor their own contracts!
