Poor service response from Ensure IT

I took in my 17 inch HP Envy I7 laptop to Ensure services as it is faulty. It is four years old, but is an expensive machine. Ensure promise a quote within 2-3 days. It is now eight days and according to their online website, it is not yet even under diagnosis. This is shoddy service from a leading international company.
