Poor quality nvme drive

I bought an HP EX950 1tb m.2 drive in 2022 April from evetech, and now the drive is dead, it's not even a year old, I have been trying to get assistance from the HP website, but they want me to register the product first, however when I enter the serial number I get an error message that says "cannot find the product" and without registering the product I can't get any help from HP
