Poor Quality Hp Computers

Very disappointed , Owned a Hp laptop for around 4 years and it was the best for its price being a entry level device Battery life was still exceptional , unfortunately it fell and the lcd broke and I had to buy another laptop

Owning a hp before I opted for the hp again instead of the Lenovo which was also on special

Bought one from CNA and the first week noticed some issues like it was trying to update or something Then last few weeks it starts overheating , freezing and battery drains Was instructed to call a third party for warranty but there process is to long and was not advised when I bought the laptop

There is a clearly a manufactures defect on this device and now I must wait to see whats wrong with it

Its under 2 months old and only used for online selling

Please Replace my unit and regain my trust if you vale my loyalty
