Poor backup service from HP
After reporting this issue on HelloPeter I have still not received a response. So the "relevant department" have been thinking about this for 4 days and still don't know what to do about it.

13 May 2016, 12:45Tried to phone the manager at Ensure. He was not even aware of the problem so this partly explains why nothing was done about it the past 4 days.
