PATHETIC PRODUCT QUALITY

HP OfficeJet 7510 wide format all-in-one - I have had this printer for about 4 years. In total, I have printed 1525 Pages, Scanned a total of 694 Pages and copied 452 Pages.

The printer is giving me a Printer Head error. I have been advised by a local authorized repair shop that the printer is irreparable and needs to be completely replaced??????

WHAT A F&$^#% JOKE! And I thought buying this printer for an expensive price tag of nearly R4,000.00 would last me a bit longer than 1525 pages....
