Over priced bad quality machines

I spent R20k on an HP laptop and not even a year and a half later (just out side the warranty -conveniently!) the screen has started playing up! I'm now asking why I wasted my money on this machine? I want you -HP to contact me and sort this out because right now when it comes time to upgrade my design studio with machines you are NOT going to be an option.
