Ordered HP printer on 14 June and still waiting for delivery

I ordered an HP Printer (OfficeJet Pro 9023 ) from HP website (www.hpshop.co.za) and made the payment at the same day. The order was pending for four days and after I called them the operator said " Oh, sorry. we 're out of stock and you have to wait but I cannot tell you how many days". I requested a refund and then she said " let me check and see if I can get one from other brunches. Two days later, the order status changed to complete and in comment bar the message appeared that you printer has been sent by RTT with tracking no. TA***6. I'm still waiting for the printer and the RTT website does not give me the status of my order. I mentioned to them that I need this printer urgently and I do not know what happen to my order after 15 days. Please do not buy from HP website and waste your time. They sell the product that there is no stuck available and took your money then you have to call them everyday and won't receive any appropriate response.
