***** who dont keep their promises

I ordered cartridges from the online store on the 19th March before 11 am. On their website there is a huge banner indicating orders before 11 am qualify for delivery the following day. I even called the call centre to confirm that delivery would take place the following day.<br> <br> To date (30 March) I have not received my delivery despite 2 phone calls and 2 emails querying the delay. On the odd occasion when they happen to respond to mails, or answer their phones, the staff are pathetic and full of empty promises. I was promised that the delivery would take place on the 24 March, and then on the 27 March. Yet, I am still waiting. HP is a disgrace. They are an unprofessional group of ********* people full of lies. I will definitely not purchase any HP product again.
