I need a replacement

My new Hp Designjet T230 plan printer head needs repair. It is under extended warrantee. HP international call centre ascertained the problem and booked a repair engineer for the service. This appointment was made eight days ago and has been postponed four or more times by Hemmersbach South Africa in Midrand. I'm losing time and money now that I have to print my drawings at Postnet and other printers. If this problem persists, I'd rather have the printer replaced.
