HP, what a waste of time

Hi Guys, HP is busy getting me very upset, No one seems to care, I have paid for a repair on 06/03/2020, and Eventually around the 22/05/2020 it was repaired, Nearly 3 months Later, (WHY!!!) okey so im happy about the repair, Now comes the invoice part, today is 03/06/2020 and I have logged numerous mails and calls to get this invoice to me but no luck.. All that is said is We will send a mail to the team to send you the invoice,, Well 2 weeks and that did not wor****!, I asked for direct contact, and NO there is not one, I asked to copy me in the mail to the invoice team, and again NO we cant do that, Well guys here is my opinion,, if you want things to get done and waist no time, rather don't deal with HP, With HP you will face endless headaches, wasted time and wasted money. If you need PROPPER after sales services DONT DO HP
