HP Support sucks

Hp Support is useless, they worked on my Laptop for close to 6 Hours, the more I said its Hardware related the more they insisted it is software related, they advised that I should reset my laptop, which I did...now my laptop is clean no additional software is loaded, and yet my Laptop is still slow, with the HDD spiking at 100%...I will now purchase a HDD and fix it myself ,as they want to send me to Midrand now...Ref Num : *** CRM:***
