HP Support is a joke.

Worst "Onsite Support" purchased a laptop with 2year onsite warranty, SSD failed 2 months into use. I had to troubleshoot the device, their tech was remote. Still to this day waiting for the replacement SSD!! Not to mention all the hoops they make you jump thought to prove that the unit is actually yours.
