HP sucks

<p>Last year, after buying a new black H.P. printer cartridge for my Inkjet machine, it refused to work. Trying to get someone to talk to and advise you at H.P. is like pulling teeth. I was sent to their agents, Ensure IT, 36 kms away in Springfield park because I "needed a new print head". I was sure it was something simple I could do at home, but no, I must bring in the machine. The first thing I was told was that I needed new cartridges. Funny, because they were all new or nearly new. The young man promptly printed a page, no bother. Then I saw the magic ingredient... a bottle of Windolene. Trekking all that way for a squirt of window washer! I have just bought a Cyan cartridge and it will not print blue. I have done all the diagnostics and still no blue. I had to go on line and fill in lots of fields just to get a phone number. When I got through I was told... wait for it... I needed a "new print head" even though the machine assures me the heads are 'healthy'. I was given the mumber for the same agents and when I phoned, was told to bring the machine in "as they don't give technical advice over the phone". They gave me a number to call. Guess what? It was the first person I spoke to! She told me she couldn't (or wouldn't) help and to take the machine in. I am so angry, I will never buy H.P. cartridges again as the 'generics' have given me no trouble at all. H.P are the most unfriendly unhelpful people I have ever done business with.</p>
