HP Software and Support is unacceptable.

I always thought HP was the gold standard in printers, but they are most definitely NOT. I bought an HP Color LaserJet MFP M480f to use in my Mac development environment after I had carefully checked to see if it was Mac compatible. Notionally it is but in reality HP's software is so ****py it was unable to install on 4 different Macs. Attempting to get support from HP South Africa means you get transferred to an Indian call centre where the accents of the agents are so thick you can not understand a word they are saying. Both HP software and support is just unacceptable. I have owned dozens of HP products in my life but I WILL NEVER EVER BUY AN HP PRODUCT AGAIN. I hope HP goes under.
