HP Smart Tank 530 & HP Smart Tank 615 printer issue

I bought the HP Smart Tank 530 for a client and soon after installed started getting the following error "Cartridge Problem - Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge" after jumping through hoops i did get a credit but not before i had to buy another printer to satsify my client. I bought the HP Smart Tank 615, which is just the higher version og the 530. but once again soon after install started getting the exact same error. So now out more money and a really ****ed off client.
