HP Smart Tank 500, The worst possible all in one printer, on the face of this earth

I have to say, I have always been an HP kind of girl, that was until recently when I bought a HP Smart Tank 500. What a crock of *** dung!!!!! I have wasted so much paper, not even to mention time, installing, reinstalling, and the works, to get this effen machine to print a full page. They don't have good support online, and the HP Smart App is of absolute no use. It cant tell you why it only prints the first 5 lines of a pdf, it can't say what drivers need to be installed, it doesn't say what other apps on the computer can have an influence in preventing pdfs from printing. And not just pdfs, WORD, EXEL, you name it, perhaps printing one page in a serious and the rest is in error. Can't say what error. I am super cross with myself for spending money on this. Perhaps I should consider buying Epson, or some other brand that is not the same make as the laptop I'm using. One would have thought that an HP laptop and HP printer will not have any issues with each other.
