HP SERVICE PATHETIC BEYOND BELIEF

<p>THIS WILL BE MY SECOND HELLO PETER COMPLAINT. I did not even get a response. I sold a HP printer to a client which was faulty from the start. Tried to exchange it as it still has an exchange warranty. I DO NOT GET ANY response from Justin at HP. He is the most incapable person that I HAVE EVER worked with. : HP Case ID ********** 073.
