HP Repair Ripoff

<p>I took my printer in for repair of the paper feeding mechanismto theit Authorised repair agent in Midrand (Ensure). Although it printed fine it fed multiple pages at a time. After a week I called to see when I will receive a quotation. The technician had not even acessed it yet. A day later I received a quotation for replacement of the printhead. I suppose there are more profit in replacing a printhead than repairing a paper feed roller. I told them by reply Email that I believe they mad a mistake and asked that they have another look. No reply received yet. Pathetic service and a cheap shot to make a few extra bucs.</p>
