HP products and support suck and over priced be careful when buying HP

I have been doing IT for over 20 years ..i have never liked HP support ever since i started doing IT. Now to put the cherry on the cake i got a customer who has a laptop just over a year old so its not long out of warranty. It was running slow and had some instability so as per usuall i check bios and drivers are up to date or not and in this case i start with the bios. I went to HP support site and got the right drivers and bios files which is supp**** by HP and i ran the update and it crashed the board and now HP do not want to replace the board and use the excuse that i updated the bios out of warranty and they not going to replace the board. HP is a bad product and their support sucks and everyone i know that has HP has problems and its a pain to get parts and their spares are expensive. now i got a customer is upset with me, and HP wants over R4000 to replace a motherboard thats just a couple months out of warranty that cost over R10 000 orginally and THEIR software THEY supp**** ******ed up the board and they arnt being responsible enough to take responsibility. Be careful when buying HP and if you buy HP please dont bring it to me because i wont fix HP products anymore as i no longer support HP at all and i will also be advising all my customers to NOT buy HP.
