HP Paper - Deplorable Quality

We bought a box of HP BusinessCopy Paper and the quality is deplorable. The paper kept getting stuck in the printers and many pages had folds which meant that we needed to throw it out as we cannot send out letters printed on the folded paper. Paper that gets stuck in the printers usually have ink stains and more often than not must also be discarded. When doing a wage run we needed a full ream of 500 pages where we would usually only use about 100 pages. This means that we paid for 5 reams of paper but will only get about 1 ream worth of paper that we will be able to use.
