HP OFFICEJET 6500A

Hi<br> <br> Please can someone assist. I am unable to find anyone in KZN to repair my machine. There 2 things wrong.<br> 1. There is a rubber on the top of the feeder for scanning that is broken. I am unable to scan<br> 2. I am unable to print, it comes up with an error that paper is jammed. I been through the machine numerous time and cannot see where the paper is jammed. <br> <br> Please can you arrange for a technician to assist me<br> <br> Regards
