Hp not willing to stand their warranty claim.

I had a problem with my HP Pavilion Gaming laptop (did not want to boot up) and took in in for repairs at the HP shop in Sandton City on Wednesday, 13 January 2021. The laptop was bought in June 2020 at the HP shop in Clear water mall and is still under warranty. The day we took the laptop in the manager, Junaid, said that it is indeed still under warranty so they will replace it for us. After 2 weeks (after contacting the store numerous times) I was told that they must change the SSD slot and that it would be ready within the week. Unfortunately, it took longer. We eventually fetched the device but took it home and when we switch it on, the same problem persisted, the same blue screen. We drove back to Sandton city (45 km away from our house) to give it in again. Two weeks later the technicians send it back, but when the manager, Junaid, checked it, there was another problem, and it was sent back, again. I am really frustrated at this point. It’s been 7 weeks, going on 8 weeks. Who can stay without a laptop that long? I am a teacher, and I must teach both on campus and online. For the past 7 weeks, I could not do that! And it’s becoming a problem. We’ve always been loyal HP supporters, but at this point I am losing faith in HP, especially in their after sales. I also do not understand why a complaint was only send to HP South Africa after 5 weeks. According to the manager, Junaid, someone from HP South Africa would have phoned me on Wednesday, but we are still waiting to hear from them. I do not understand why we are struggling like this. The laptop is still under warranty, and according to the consumer protection act (CPA), I am well within my rights to receive a new device. We did not purchase a build-up or demo model, but it feels like it’s okay for HP to take this long and give me a device that cannot be trusted anymore? I have heard almost every excuse from HP not to stand their warranty claim and promises have been made, but it’s not being kept. When I spoke to HP Sandton city on Wednesday,17 February, they said that they would have answers by the end of day, but yet again, I have had no response. Since then, I have spoken to 4 different operations from their technical support, all promising to contact me, but after another 3 weeks, still no reply?!?!
