HP NEVER REPLIES: PLEASE DONT BUY AN HP PRODUCT!

I posted a report on HP and got their standard email of tge relevant team will contact me. Still to date no one has contacted me. All I have received are their SPAM mails on irrelevant details on their information they want to send out. How much more does a person need to do to get their attention? Disgusted beyond belief at their disregard in this situation!!!
