HP Laptops - Incredible Connection - The Glen

Bought 15 x Core i5 Laptops from The Glen - Incredible Connection. 6 have issues - some battery and others hdd replaced - these were brand new laptops still under the 1 year Need to continuously take it back to IC for the warranty period - poor service and interrupted work as these laptops are been used by educators for online teaching and learning. Wanted to exchange the 15 for better more reliable ones - but not happening. Seems as though this model has issues. We are really frustrated. Thought HP was a reliable brand
