HP laptops are junk

I have a HP pavilion dv6 laptop and since purchasing the unit from a retailer in 2012 ,have had nothing but trouble.I have had to have the fan motors replaced twice already,my heat sink replaced,and my hard drive replaced,due to the unit overheating,as of today the fans are on permanently again due to overheating.<br> when calling HP they fob you off and send you to different departments,I ended up with 3 different departments asking assistance,to be told eventually they cannot help me due to the unit being out of warranty(even though the problem is theirs,this told to me by numerous sales people at different retail stores).I have to pay for the fans to be replaced.<br> I will never purchase an HP product again and would suggest to anybody who reads this to be aware of HP lack of service and care for their customers,DO NOT BUY HP COMPUTERS.
