HP Laptops

I am very unhappy with the quality of devices I have had to deal with over the last 5 years. I have had multiple HP laptops for work that have all had driver issues and hard drives crash. NOW I have my own personal laptop which is only a year old now and have had numerous issues.

I sent the device in to be repaired and it comes back with the same issues. I am highly upset at this as this device was not cheap!
