HP Laptop- no power after usage of 1 month

Serial number : 5CD00429ML Product number: 7PS58UA Product Description: HP Spectre x 360 - 13-aw0013dx

Problem: PC power does not power on or boot VA-WP ID

I bought the laptop at Best Buy in Houston Texas USA in March 2020. Unfortunately I lost the proof of payment slip but have proof of purchase on my bank statement. I'm back in South Africa now and took it to Ensure IT services in Johannesburg but they requested the proof of payment to repair the laptop. Ive tried to contact Best Buy in Houston but with no success. Please help I need it urgently to get fixed.

I spoke to HP several times since beginning of June WITH NO SUCCESS - Case number *** Ive even contacted the CEO on LinkedIn - with no joy (...and this was not a cheap laptop - I bought two)
