HP is a ****

My HP printer suddenly wouldn't scan. Tried a software update and was told that the software was no longer supported and that I must download new software. This new software requires that you register and log in to use the scanner. This is intrusive! This on top of getting messed around if you get the ink refilled. Despite getting sued and losing the lawsuit, HP still refuses to print properly when it knows you have refilled the cartridge. The cost of the replacement cartridges is no prohibitive. HP you have lost me for ever as a customer. My printer is going in the garbage. I am buying an Epson Ecotank printer that comes with more than 2 years of ink. More than the 5 pages you can only print with a new HP printer. Epson = Japanese, HP = USA. Tells you all you need to know. Don't ever buy another HP product, you have been warned.
