HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 All-in-One Printer- STAY AWAY

Wish I could give a Zero :) Bought a HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 All-in-One Printer 2 years and 1 month ago. Didn't even use the printer that much. Specifically bought the printer because of the Ink tank thinking that I would save money in the long run but wait there is a Catch. The printer has 2 printer heads which the ink is pumped into and guess what these printer heads magically malfunction a month after the warranty has expired. You cannot buy replace heads in South Africa so now I have a R3000 print which has ink but can't print. Contact HP, they also establish that its's a printer head problem and refer me to their South Africa service provider. Guess what, the service provider won't just sell me the printer head, they 1st want to see the print and you will need to R450 1st. So in conclusion, HP sell substandard products which break just out of warranty, you can't just buy the part and their service provider in SA ******s money from you. DO NOT BUY HP
