Hp ink Advantage 652 original printer says its ****

I bought original hp ink advantage 652 black from Takealot and my printer tells me its ****. so I go online to try and send HP an email to let them know about this issue but can't find any place to send my query to. and the HP bot does not seem to understand the issue. This is ridiculous service for such a big company.
