HP Envy, Faultycheap component in high end product

I bought a HP envy last week. Cost me R 20 000 from incredible connection. <br> Im a software developer and I need something reliable, cant have my notebook sent in to get fixed every other week.<br> <br> I also cant get my software reloaded on a notebook every other week.<br> <br> The notebook itself as a whole is not the worst. But it has a couple of cheap components to it.<br> My issue at the moment is the wifi card on this model.<br> Its a Ralink RT3290 adapter and the web and specially the HP support website is full of people complaining about this piece of junk network adapter. Firmware cant fix it, nothing seems to be able to, HP is quit as a mouse on the support website. this has affected so man users its amazing HP still sell these wifi devices with their notebooks.<br> <br> I need something done ASAP. I have done all the debugging and research, and it comes down to cheap wifi equipment on the board. <br> <br> I need a refund of this item ASAP, because this will not get resolved an other way.<br> I am making due with my USB wifi adapter at the moment, wich works better then the stock wifi card on the machine, even though this usb adapter is over 2 years old.<br> <br> HP i need you guys to get with incredible and refund me ASAP!
