HP - disgusting service.

Absolutely disgusting service from HP Johannesburg. Officejet handed in for repair of Fax facility under warranty - held in "workshop" for 2 weeks - returned with note "fully repaired" - giving identical problem on receipt of unit - now have to again take unit in for repair. Very sad to observe such a reputable concern display such inefficiency and customer disregard.
