HP computer hard drive crashes for 2nd time!!

I had my hard drive fixed on the 18 09 2015 by a very nice HP consultant who came to my house to replace it. I thought that was the end of my woes with this new computer, which now is just over a year old. However to my dismay and disbelief it has crashed again with absolutely no warning - I was just suddenly presented with a recommended option of repairing it and then was notified by the computer that it could not be repaired and that the manufacturer needed to be contacted. I have worked on many computers HP and Dell and Asus which have never crashed while I used them (I used them each for a few years). I don't know what's going on with HP nowadays - whether this is just a once off dud computer or if they are putting in inferior quality hard drives but this is ridiculous! I really am a very frustrated and irate customer currently. I feel I have spent good money on a faulty product which has only given me issues over the past year.
