HIFI Corp and HP Service and Integrity Questionable

Bought a HP laptop in August 2021 from HIFI Corp. The laptop subsequently had issues with the screen blanking out periodicially. I took the laptop in to HIFI corp in September. They contacted me after 14 days to say i can collect it as it was a software issue. The issue continued and I took the laptop in again in October. Got called to pick up the laptop again after 3 weeks as they said HP was getting the parts to repair the laptop. The issue still continued after collecting the laptop which i took back in December again and i got a call in Jan 2022 to say I can collect as HP has repaired the device. We have collected and the issue has continued. HIFI Corp stated that HP did not actually do the repair and we must take it back again. We have asked for a refund as we cannot keep taking time to go into the store to collect a laptop that invariably does not work. We also had to purchase another laptop as the reason we bought the laptop in the first place was because it was needed.
