HEWLETT PACKARD --TERRIBLE PC --HP i3 15 1115G4 4 1TB HDD

I bought an HP 15 i3 PC from Incredible Connection Eastgate in June 2021 and it has been a terrible experience. It takes forever to boot up, the response time to any input is very slow and it packed up in October 2021 ! I took it back and it was diagnosed with a faulty HDD and sent in for repairs, when I got it back it was no different! Incredible Connection tried to get me to payy for a SSD to improve performance on a 4 month old PC!! Furthermore the online HP website says the warranty will run out in February 2022 but the invoice says I have a 12mth warranty! My company supplies i3 PC's to all our Admin staff and this is the worst performer by FAR!!! I demand a new PC!
